Who Am I?
I’m an anonymous CEO with 30+ years of experience building and leading teams at high-growth companies, including my last company which I sold for over $100M. After decades of navigating the challenges, triumphs, and frustrations that come with leadership, I’ve learned one key thing: effective management isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about asking the right questions and learning as you go.
I’ve been where you are—stepping into a role where the responsibility feels enormous, the expectations are high, and the path forward isn’t always clear. It’s not an easy job, but it’s one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have.
